February has been a turning point this season, 6winners this month including our first treble under rules. We trained a treble at point to points but this was our first treble since taking the licence out in 2006.

Celtic Art kicked off the month with a great win at Warwick, he has been a great, fun horse for Jeanne Carrington over the years, winning on the flat and over hurdles. Things have to slightly go his way but when he wins, he generally wins impressively!

King OfThe Lake was the first leg of the treble, getting his head in front on the 12th attempt. Chad is valuable for his claim and the race fell apart behind him making him look impressive by winning by 26 lengths! Golden Ace had us slightly worried during the Kingwell as she looked to be struggling, however she proved how tough she is by battling it out to get her head in front! We now have a nice problem to work out, whether to go for the Champions or the Mares’. The Sainted Canary was the third and final leg of the treble, winning his novice hurdle.

Another Fine Mess is a lovely big horse who is taking his time to learn to settle in his races but he is beginning to get there are won at Warwick under Bryan Carver, putting his fall at Wincanton behind him for his Owner Helen Stoneman. Many thanks to the Aston Villa Foundation for sponsoring the race.
If you are a Tatler Reader, our very own Stormy Flight starred as a model with Champion Jockey, Harry Cobden. He was foot perfect all day, doing everything asked of him, ears pricked and has a future in front of the camera when he retires. He did this photoshoot 4 days after running at Windsor and is proving the versatility and adaptability of the racehorse!
